At John Keble Church of England Primary School, we entwine our four strong Christian values of Love, Hope, Trust and Forgiveness with our five learning behaviours: Ready to Learn, Responsible, Resilient, Resourceful and Reflective. Together, these values help to create a happy, safe and nurturing environment where we come together each day to learn from one another and become the very best people we can be.

Every child and adult in our school community is encouraged to live out the value of Love, learning to care for themselves and others while being responsible for their words, actions and choices.

Through Hope, we learn that there is light even in difficult times. We develop the confidence to be resilient, persevere when challenges arise and be resourceful in finding solutions and overcoming obstacles.

We nurture Trust by encouraging everyone to be ready to learn, embrace new opportunities and commit to doing what we know is right and true.

Through Forgiveness, we learn the importance of being reflective, understanding that mistakes are opportunities for growth and considering what we can do differently next time. By showing compassion, understanding and respect, we help one another to flourish as members of our caring school community.
